I also love the lifelong connections and relationships that are made with my athletes and their families."

THE PROGRAM

BACKGROUND

Coach Vogel wrote, "Our boys cross country team was founded in the early 1970's and won 4 state titles (1977-80) under Coach Ken Lehman. Our girls cross country program started in 1980 and we won our first state title in 2020. Our girls track and field program won it's first team state title in 2019. It was the first girls team state title in our school's history. We had everyone coming back from the 2019 team in 2020, but unfortunately the season was cancelled because of the pandemic. We went on to win our second track and field state title in 2021. "
