Cheyenne Mountain HS (CO)
Sean O’Day coaches at Cheyenne Mountain HS in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO, where he has coached for nearly two decades - the last three years as head cross country and track coach. Sean teaches Computer Science at the high school to feed his coaching habit. His wife Melissa is a middle school band director, his son Cale is a sophomore at Western Washington University, and his dog Halifax is currently sleeping on the couch.
